Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Saya Soul will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a pickup.
