Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love every Saya Soul candle you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must not be a part of a sale or promotional offer (unless otherwise stated).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Candles that have been lit or used.
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked for your bank details.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Saya Soul will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a pickup.
